Just because you don't feel good doesn't mean that you're worthless or a burden. Life is about enjoying what you do; it is about living and not surviving. With this book and these words, I hope to offer you comfort as you move forward. You really do deserve happiness and love. Most importantly, you deserve to love yourself. Be kind to yourself.

Biografie

Deveny is the kind of person who stays up all night to talk you through your bad thoughts. She is someone who listens. She is someone that wants to let other people feel heard, because she herself has never been truly heard. With this book, she wants to show that even the hardest and toughest battles can be won. That the demons can become voiceless. She is a happy person and enjoys her fair share of variety in music. In her free time, she enjoys gaming. She is a nurse and enjoys working with people: Old, young, it doesn't matter. Wherever help is needed, she is there.
